Hawthorne and Lawndale Auto Repair

I took my minivan in on Friday and got it back Saturday. Changed my timing belt and a few other things. Very good price. Gave me a loaner car to fit me, my wife, and our three children. Super friendly and professional service. Laid out everything that was needed for my vehicle. Gave me a price. I gave them the ok and they got right on it. Sent me digital updates. With pictures and details descriptions of work. Even checked out my vehicle for other issues. I will definitely be taking it back for the other recommended service repairs. Rick is the Man!

These guys are professionals, excellent customer service and workmanship. My vehicle was broken into & I called a mobile locksmith. The mobile locksmith drilled out so much stuff, they destroyed the ignition housing and other stuff. Rick's automotive fixed all the mess & saved the destroyed parts to show me what all they had to replace. I will definitely go back & recommend them to everyone I know.

I had the absolute best experience! Always kept me posted, texted me and called me to update. I felt like they weren’t trying to oversell or push me to get things done. They were very quick and super friendly. The waiting are had cold drinks and coffee. And we’re very neat. We took our 2002 Eurovan and had a thorough diagnostic. We are lucky because not anyone is certified to fix these vans and also have availability. We couldn’t recommend enough.

As usual RICK'S AUTOMOTIVE did their fine usual job, keeping me updated daily on the progress of the parts and repairs. Everything was done when it was promised.....on time! I have used Rick's Automotive in the past and will continue to use them in the future.
