Rick was so polite and encouraging. He took me in when my car started acting up on the way to LAX. He made it a priority to fit me in because I was stranded. He didn’t charge me extra for the emergency or take advantage of me being stranded diagnostic, estimate, and payment were all very easy.

I was recommended by a friend. My vehicle had serious problems. Rick and his staff surveyed the problems and kept me updated. It took five days to fixed my problems. The vehicle runs much better and I'm not experiencing the previous problems. I will continue getting my car service at this establishment. Thanks Rick and your staff.

On May 29, 2026 I had my car towed to Rick’s Automotive as requested by AAA representative. I got there at the cusp of closing and Rick was so very accommodating to me, as I was in total need of having my vehicle serviced, My car wouldn’t start up anymore, My STARTER had gone completely out. Rick was so awesome in calming me by letting me know he’d assess and would be in touch. Rick and his staff were professional, thorough and efficient, they guided me through the process step by step with what needed to be done and what to expect. I also found the pricing to be very good and most importantly quite fair. My experience at Rick’s Automotive was AWESOME! I will totally be back to have any and all other work done. I’m so pleased to say that I’ve found my new auto service shop that will help with all my auto needs.🤗
