This was my first visit to Rick's for the repair of my car. I spoke to the owner Rick and the technical adviser Donald when I brought my Cadillac for repair. Both men displayed excellent knowledge of my needs and the length of time for diagnosis and repair. Customers are kept informed about the progress of the work through email or text. Upon completion, I was contacted by phone when to pickup the car. I requested an estimate of deferred work recommendations. On both the bill for current work and the estimate of future work, there were easy to understand explanations what needed to be done describing the current condition of all major components. I plan to return in the future to complete the outstanding work.
