Rick and Ryan took care of the repairs as soon as possible. They took care of the paperwork with CarMax Max Care program and fortunately the mechanical issues were covered by the extended warranty. They advised on some additional repairs that the truck needed but I am going to have to come back for those. I’m glad I found a trusted ship so close to home. Thank you Rick for taking care of your clients from start and finish, highly appreciated.

You never know the great service right in your own backyard. I had noticed Rick’s for some time. With a new AC problem, gave it a go. From first time stepping foot there, all good, straightforward, honest feedback and vibes. All fixed quickly same day. Will not hesitate to make Rick’s my new go to mechanic. Thank you Rick and Don!

I really appreciate how up front Rick was. He told me they were a little more expensive than other AAA approved shops, but I understand that you get what you pay for. The thoroughness of the diagnostics, the quality of the work done, and the process being made so simple more than justifies the slightly higher cost. If you appreciate quality work you found the right place.
