Originally arrived for an oil change. Also had an increasingly loud knocking noise and asked them to tell me what it was as well as the estimated cost to repair; my alternator was about to break down, which I agreed to have replaced. Uponmy request, they examined my car thoroughly and showed me the trouble area(s) while explaining functions and what to expect if I continued to ignore for xxx period of time. I highly recommend Rick's Automotive because they are clean, thorough & knowledgeable with high integrity and excellent customer service.

Rick and Donald continually provided and updated me with photos and descriptions of the repairs that were needed to stop the check engine light from appearing on the dashboard.
