Hawthorne and Lawndale Auto Repair

I started taking my vehicles to Rick's a few years ago. I have seen every make of vehicle in there for everything from an oil change to a transmission rebuild and more. Every customer is treated with kindness and respect, and Rick is very polite with his staff as well. He is diligent about contacting me immediately with any issues - whether my repair will be delayed due to ordering a part, or a recall needs to be remedied, or a different issue was discovered. He also takes the initiative to price check parts and labor ahead of time, and will tell you if something is urgent or can be delayed. I recommend Rick's to all my friends and my neighbor even took her Audi in when she was having problems with the battery! Keep up the awesome work~

So Far, So Good! Rick just put new struts on my 2009 Mazda 5, 2 new tires with alignment. When I can, I'll come back for a transmission flush. One thing at a time. Plus, he helped me find my new car ( the Mazda) after keeping my old Chevy Venture running for 300 plus K, and also assisting in the rebate process. Thanks, neighbor!

Seldom have I been as supported by any service provider. My van has been kept running for over 300 thousand plus miles. It was a 2001 Chevy Venture. Rick also helped me shop for a new van these last two weeks and his recommendation was great, he checked the new vehicle over before I put a down payment on it. I'm pleased ALL the way around. His advice and backup was wonderful!
