I was new to Rick’s Automotive. I felt reassured that I was getting very professional service for reasonable prices. I just wish I had deeper pockets to get ALL the work my car needed. The car passed smog & we were able to reregister the 2004 Ford easily. The technology & communication between the shop & me was exceptional with fully explained breakdowns of each test or job performed. Go to Rick’s… our other 4 cars will!

I contacted this shop bcs I needed to replace my rack and pinion on my Chevy Cruze LT. While at this stage and time, they couldn't help me they advised me honestly about what to do and I had a feeling that this is an honest shop and owner. Rick took time out of his day, even though he was not seeing a prospect of making money on me and advised me about what to do. Thank u Rick!

Awesome service, very informative and detailed when it comes to explaining problems your vehicle may be experiencing. Rick and his team are awesome! I drove about 70 miles to visit family and the night before I was to drive back home, my car started smoking. I called Rick’s Automotive the next morning and although he was booked, he offered to help, even after it took several hours for a tow truck to drop my vehicle off. Rick listened to my concerns and was very reassuring. In fact, he was able to fix my car in the time it took my family to go to lunch! This meant so much to me because I was able to keep the plans i promise to my nephew that day, AND drove the 70 miles back home, confidently! I’m telling all my friends and family in the area, go to Rick, he’ll save you time, and money! 🙏🏼

Rick’s provided me with a very good service. I’m considering him as my primary auto repair facility!

I found him on the FIXX app. His shop was recommended also by AAA. Rick the owner is very professional and courteous. He let's you know all costs and repairs up front before you pay. All estimates are emailed directly to you so you have a record of all repairs done. I would recommend his shop to anyone I know. 5 stars for sure!!!!
