The staff at Rick's Automotive are all very professional, experienced, and very thorough. They kept me informed as to what work was needed for my Nissan Altima and updates of their progress. They also gave me pictures of existing defected parts that support their diagnosis. In addition, they provided me with a detailed list of the work recommended to be done in the near future, which included the cost of said work. I was very pleased with their service and highly recommend them.

If your tired if mechanics giving you the shadiest reasons why you need to get your 3 "undercoating" this year. Just go to Rick's! His repair tracker is awesome. (TLDR) so when he is working on your car you will get a report via text that will list out everything he is working-on with links to pictures of the part on your car and if you are the curios type there is even a link to what the part does and why it is important (or not)to replace/fix it. In other words it gives you the Option to dig into what is being replaced along with the Why and How. And the cherry on top of it all, is Rick. A great example of a hard working man, who just wants to offer the best work he can. Support local businesses!
