As always Rick and his team has taken care of me and my Aleeah (Scion XB). I was in and out there within 15 min with my routine oil change. I made an appointment a week ago and showed up for my appointment and they took care of me right away. Not like in other car shops I’ve been to...they check my car in and is left in the lift for a minute. And when I say a minute I mean like 30 min. It’s like why check my car in if you’re not going to work on it. Always puzzled me. But not at Rick’s Automotive. They are fast, proficient and professional. Also they make you feel at home as soon as you walk into the waiting room. They have coffee or tea and cold drinks as well. And beer are one of the cold drinks he offers. Not just domestic beers, imports too!!! All Rick needs is a small kitchen preparing short order food then he’s complete. There’s a flat screen tv with cable and all the channels cable offers. You can literally fall asleep in there waiting for your car. The couch chairs he provides are very comfortable. If you don’t want to wait, you have the option to get dropped off or even use a loaner car. Rick’s has everything you need to make your experience has comfortable as possible. There is free Wi-Fi too!!! Thats all I need when I go there. Thanks Rick and team for another great experience!!

I've searched long for a good honest mechanic and I have found it with Rick's A S. Recently, I had my car towed in and he had me rolling again the same day after changing out two bad sensors.

a few days before I was referred to Rick’s automotive I was getting different estimates from shops so I could have the transmission rebuilt in my 2008 Honda Civic Si. When I called the dealer to get an estimate and they told me $7400 and two weeks with my car I knew I had to look elsewhere, Some places were relatively cheap but would only offer six months to four months for a warranty. no one has faith in their work nowadays. the first thing that caught my eye about rick's automotive is the warranty “between 2 and 3 years“ nothing like a mechanic that can actually stand behind his work, not BS anybody and give nothing but facts and Knowledge when speaking to you with respect. They had my car for less than a week. when I got it back it felt brand new and I couldn't be happier with the results, you can tell they took their time and paid Attention to detail. I had already tried to get my transmission rebuilt once with Amco are a year ago and all they did was take my money and give me a 30-day warranty, it is such a relief to finally get my car in perfect working order. I would definitely refer my friends and family to Rick’s Automotive.

Great service as always. I had an untimely break down, but Rick's A.S. had me back on the road in no time. They kept me updated with text notifications so I could track how repairs were going and adjust my schedule accordingly. They back all their work and will make right any discrepancies within reason. I won't have my vehicles serviced anywhere else.
