Great work as usual! Great customer service

I do a lot of the car maintenance on my own. But when I don't have the time, or the job is more complicated and requires special tools and expertise, I call on Rick and his guys. The work performed at Rick's is as good as it gets and the fee is more than fair.

Rick's is an automotive shop with great service, fair prices, attentiveness, follow-up and follow-through. It is exceptional, and unlike any other shop I've been to. We are fortunate to have such a great place in our neighborhood--but it would be worth a trip even if they were farther away.

I found this place here on YELP and noticed that there were very FEW bad reviews and the reviews that were bad were not Ricks fault. Anyways, I came in today based on the good reviews for an oil change (which were majority of his reviews) because I needed an oil change. I was greeted immediately, the waiting room is super clean plus you have access to internet which was a bonus. Rick is a really cool guy and seems to be an 'Honest Mechanic' thus far, I just know that I left with a smile and will definitely bring the 'Bat Mobile' back! lol Thanks Rick! Rick has kept my car running- it has over 300 thousand miles on it, and is a 2000 pre market Chevy Venture. WOW!

Nice job and was done on time as promised. Did see small leak from the radiator that was repaired after the parade on Saturday. I cleaned it off and not seen the leak since then. I will keep an eye on it to see if I need to bring it back in.

I was very happy with my service, the prices were very reasonable, I can walk there, Rick was very kind and it was nice to see on my computer the part that needed to be repaired. I will be taking my car there when needed.

I would take my car back to Rick's again for all repairs. They provide excellent customer service along with prompt service! With their expertise and knowledge they fixed my car and it passed the smog! Not only did they fix it, they relieved stress from me and too my car back to the same place I took it and got it smog! Rick then called me with the excellent news my car was ready and it passed it's smog check! Awesome place
