2 photos Rick and his team are terrific people and mechanics. They first went above and beyond with my 2014 Nissan Pathfinder. Turning an oil change into a money saving find by discovering a transmission issue that was under warranty. That helped avoid a disaster. So that gave me the confidence to bring in my 1979 MGB which has been unable to be started in almost 4 years. They quickly and inexpensively got it running great. I thought it would be there for weeks to months and cost a few thousand dollars. Instead, a few days and a few hundred bucks, and I have my baby back. I can't thank you enough Rick and Michael.

With Rick's vendor who helps create a lifetime warranty for the cooling, brake and transmission systems by using their specialized fluids, it's really comforting to know that we are covered! Great and fast

We live in San Diego and my daughter was driving to the LA area to visit a friend. Her car overheated near Lawndale. I looked online for a auto shop near where she broke down and came across Ricks Automotive. Fearing the worst from an out of town mechanic I expected to pay through the nose for repair. To my great surprise they diagnosed (what I thought might be the problem too) the problem and was charged a very reasonable price. They were very communicative through the whole process and finished the work in a very timely manner and was most courteous. Thank God my daughter's car broke down near Ricks! I wish he would move his business to San Diego!!! hahaha
