Please check my YELP review for Rick's Automotive. I had to have my vehicle towed to Rick's as it suddenly would not start. Turns out Rick found out it was a 9 dollar relay that went bad, no price gouging, no made up charges. Rick's shop is very well organized and in tune with the digital times we find ourselves in. You get text msgs on the status of the work on your car with web links that show pictures of your vehicle showing the problems they have found. He does a comprehensive mechanical check of your vehicle with recommendations to keep it in tip top running condition. Rick charges a fair price for his work, but you get top notch work. I only wish I had found Rick's years ago. His shop will get all my business from here on in. Five star rating!

I took my vehicle in because there was a problem with my A/C not blowing cool and an oil change. I was quoted a fair price for the parts and to fix the problem and the repairs were taken care of that day. Now the A/ C is working great. Rick, Brian and the other mechanic (older gentlemen with glasses; not sure of name) are knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I am now a repeat customer and would recommend Rick's Auto for all your car service needs.

Wish I had found Ricks Automotive years ago. Finally a repair shop that is efficient, reliable, and keeps records of what they have done to your car electronically. Rick's isn't cheap, but I know you have all heard that you get what you pay for. You get your monies worth here. If you want to keep your vehicle in tip top shape, this is the place. My Nissan Xterra has been a very sturdy workhorse for me until it at last would not start for me at 125K of mileage. I try to keep it up with regular oil changes and such, but things wear out with time. Rick found out it was a 9 dollar relay that went out and had me going again. He thoroughly went over my old trusted means of transportation and suggested a few things be done to keep it running reliably. I agreed. I like how he operates, he sends you updates via text with a full comprehensive recap of the work done and a link that you can click for pictures of problems with your car and estimates of the cost. He then phones you to verbally get the go ahead to complete the work. When the work is done, you get another text informing you the car is ready for pick up. A new car salesman once told me that I am the kind of customer the car industry hates as I only buy new cars every 10 to 15 years. Cars are most likely the second biggest investment most people make, homes being the first. I try to keep mine going strong as long as possible and if you have a good mechanic behind you, one should be able to stretch a long life out of your vehicle. With the cost of new cars these days, having an honest, reliable mechanic that you can depend on is essential.

Once again I have to give credit where it's due. Been coming to Rick since I got my van from my grandpa and is very sentimental to me. Rick and Jack have helped me to maintain my vehical which is 20 years old and still excellent condition. Rick is HONEST and when i took my van last week because I thought my power steering pump when out it turned out it was the rack and pinion...well since i maintain my van pretty well this was a job I had done in 2016 and was still covered under Ricks 3 year warranty!!!!! RICK STOOD BY HIS GUARANTEE AND DID THE WORK ON MY VAN REPLACING EVERYTHING WHICH WAS COVERED UNDER WARRANTY NO HASSEL. This is why Rick is the best and I don't trust anyone else..you get quality work when you come here. He even loaned me a vehical to get to work while my van was in the shop. Can't thank rick and his team enough.

Rick and his team are great! I definitely said to myself "I wish I would've known about you sooner" very professional and very informative. A bit pricey but for good reason, you pay for the best quality of work! I highly recommend Rick and his team. Thank you Rick!
