Rick personally handheld me through my cars automotive issues. He thoroughly checked my car out and gave me honest advice. The difference maker in Ricks Automotive is the time and care that he took. The personal touch. I wasn't 1 of 10 cars he was working on, I was Henry who needed expert advice and that's exactly what I got plus more. Rick went over the top when he brought out his puppy so my 17 month old could play with her. Rick and his team are top notch and highly recommend him to anyone in the Los Angeles area.

So happy with the care and service I got from Rick's shop! They took pictures and emailed me updated pricing...pics tell everything! For a oil change, oil pan gasket, 75k service, new oil pressure sensor (so glad I asked for that, I knew it was malfunctioning!! No more light lol), spark plugs, and cleaning out the rear brakes I think the price was great! They were even nice enough to stay after closing for me to come get my car (mostly for my house keys which I forgot to take with me...duh). That was great! The car runs so nicely with the new plugs. Thanks guys for the excellent care and service! I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Rick's Automotive always come thru with flying colors. I made an appointment to have my oil change....well, it ended up that i needed new rear brakes.....rather than, setting it up for another day, he had a technician work on it that same day I was there. It saved me a lot of time and I didn't have to come back later, like most shops will do. They always take care of me and my car.......there's never a complaint on anything they do. I appreciate all of them for taking care of my car and having me out of there in good time. Rick's Automotive will never let you down.......if they do, then they'll make up for it in other ways!!! Great service, with complete satisfaction! The car is running excellent like brand new! We had no idea what the problem was, other mechanics lead us to an unsolved problem! Rick's suggested solutions solved the problems!

I took my truck in today to Rick and his staff as I needed a 3rd brake light wired into the wiring harness. I emailed the shop and Rick told me to come in the next morning at 10am! I was in and out of there and I appreciate the speedy response and quick turnaround. I will definitely recommend this shop to anyone who needs a reliable and professional mechanic. Thanks Rick! UPDATE: 8/13/18 Great service. Rick and his team went above and beyond. Taking your vehicle to a mechanic can be a stressful ordeal. Fortunately, Rick's Automotive realize this and go to great lengths to accommodate. From loaner vehicles to top-notch service and communication. Highly recommended.

Attentive and straight to the point helped me not only get my 1995 Mitsubishi diamante running. He helped me decide what could be best approach and create a plan. He is literally my go to mechanic. He has helped me with my Pontiac grand am 1994, Ford f150 1991 custom , 2001 Ford expedition, 2001 dodge intrepid and even our 2012 Ford fusion. Has a great turn over time. Something I didn't expect is how fast he works on getting your parts and your car to most excellent condition as possible.

Ricks Automotive took care of my car and my car is running better than ever! 256k on a 2007 Acura TL she is still going great thankfully, so I can hold out a little longer for a new car. I came in with a bad alternator and Rick looked at everything else with the vehicle and provided an excellent summary. What excellent and friendly service. Rick loves his craft, and it shows! Rick is a honest and funny guy. I have him take care of my daughter's car and he is doing a good job.
