This is an honest mechanics shop with fair prices. Rick and all guys are personable. I have taken multiple cars to this shop for everything from simple oil changes and shocks to internal engine work. I am very satisfied with all that they have done. I sent a few work colleagues to Rick's too. They were also happy with the service they received. Five Stars! I have a Mercedes Slk and I have been tired of paying Mercedes prices. I found Ricks Automotive,who works on Mercedes for reasonable prices. I got a water pump, belts changed, pipes changed ect after a decade of wear and tear of my vehicle with a 2 year warranty. He's a nice guy and my car is on its way to feeling brand new again because of him. I recommend him if you are close to Hawthorne, Lawndale area. My wife and I were recently asking for repairs to our vehicle that could have cost thousands of dollars to repair. Rick in his professional approach talked us out of spending so much on the car. Said it wasn't worth the cost to repair. We ended up buying another car. My point, Rick could of taken our thousands of our dollars and left us with a vehicle that would have eventually broken down again. We appreciate Ricks honest assessment and advise to salvage our car. The Thousands we would have spent went to buying my wife a real nice, reliable car.
